Indications & target animals
This preparation eliminates Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria including Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, E. coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Klebsiella, and Salmonella.
It is also effective against Mycoplasma (e.g., Chronic Respiratory Disease in poultry, infectious sinusitis in turkeys), Rickettsia, and Chlamydia in poultry, calves, sheep, and goats.
Furthermore, bromhexine, a mucolytic and expectorant, is included as an adjuvant treatment for various respiratory tract infections.
Administration & dosages
Usage:
Orally Via drinking water.
Doses:
1 - For poultry: 100 ml of TAYLOTRYL B for every 200 liters of drinking water for 3 days.
2 - For calves, sheep and goats: 1 ml per 40 kg live weight for 3 days.
Withdrawal period
7 days for veal, sheep and goats.
4 days for poultry.
Storage
In a dry and dark place at 15 - 30° C.
