Dosage form
Injectable solution.
Composition
Each 100 ml contains:
Tilmicosin phosphate 30 g, Flunixin Meglumine 3.7 g.
Indications & target animals
For beef cattle only, ADVOCIL 30 Plus is indicated for conditions requiring analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects in addition to antimicrobial action. This includes bovine respiratory disease (BRD) caused by Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and other tilmicosin-susceptible organisms; foot rot (bovine pododermatitis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum and Bacteroides melaninogenicus; interdigital necrobacillosis; and infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (IBK) caused by Moraxella bovis.
Administration & dosages
Administer subcutaneously only, preferably caudal to the scapula, dorsal to the ribs.
Dosage:
For the treatment of respiratory infections, administer a single dose of 1 mL/30 kg body weight (10 mg/kg body weight).
For necrobacillosis, foot rot, and eye infections, administer 0.5 mL/30 kg body weight (5 mg/kg body weight).
Withdrawal period
Meat: 42 days.
Milk: Not for human consumption.
Storage
In a dry and dark place at 15 - 30° C.
Presentation
Plastic or Amber glass vials of 20 ml – 30 ml – 50 ml - 100 ml.
