Bolus for oral administration.
Composition
Each Bolus contains:
Mebendazole 1g
Indications & target animals
Treatment and control of various helminthic infections affecting the gastrointestinal tract, as well as pulmonary and cestode infections, in sheep, goats, and cattle. This includes common parasites such as Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Bunostomum, Giardia, Capillaria, Oesophagostomum, Chabertia, Strongyloides, Dictyocaulus, Toxascaris, and Moniezia.
Administration & dosages
Oral boluses.
Cattle: 7-8 mg/kg body weight (equals 1.5 bolus \ 100 kg B.W).
Sheep and Goats: 6-7 mg/kg body weight (equals 0.5 bolus \ 50 kg B.W).
Withdrawal period
Meat: 12 days, Milk: 4 days.
Storage
In a dry and dark place at 15 - 30° C.
Presentation
A carton box contains 10 sachets, each with a capacity of 8 boluses.
