Indications & target animals
SULPHACOX is a potent synergistic combination of sulfonamides and Trimethoprim, providing a broad spectrum that exceeds traditional uses in poultry. It is indicated for:
Complex Bacterial Infections: Control of Omphalitis (yolk sac infection) and Septicemia caused by multi-drug resistant strains.
Coccidiosis: Treatment of severe Cecal and Intestinal Coccidiosis.
Respiratory & Mixed Infections: Management of secondary bacterial infections complicating viral diseases, Fowl Cholera, bacterial Arthritis, and articular gout resulting from Salmonellosis.
Administration & dosages
Usage:
Orally Via drinking water .
Dosage for Broilers: 1 ml per 2 liters of drinking water for 3 consecutive days, followed by a 2-day break, then resume treatment for an additional 2 days (3-2-2 pulse dosing).
Withdrawal period
7 days for meat and 4 days for milk.
Storage
In a dry and dark place at 15 - 30° C.
