Dosage form Injectable solution. Composition

Each 1 ml contains:

Oxytetracycline (as Dihydrate): 300 mg

Indications & target animals Tetra 30 Plus LA is used in cattle and sheep for the treatment of systemic, respiratory, reproductive, and local infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to oxytetracycline, such as Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Actinobacillus lignieresii, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus spp., Moraxella bovis, and Chlamydia psittaci. It is effective in the treatment of pasteurellosis, foot rot, wooden tongue, enzootic abortion of ewes, metritis, infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis, and navel/joint ill. Administration & dosages Given by deep intramuscular injection.
Dosages:
Cattle and sheep: Tetra 30 LA is given as a single dose of 1 ml per 15 kg of body weight to achieve an efficacy that lasts for 3–4 days, or as a single dose of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight to achieve an efficacy that lasts for 5–6 days, provided that no more than 15 ml is injected into a single site in cattle and no more than 5 ml in sheep.
Withdrawal period Meat: cattle 35 days,
sheep 28 days.
Milk: cattle 10 days,
